Nergui SandagjavBoard Member & Financial adviser
Mrs. Nerg brings nearly 30 years of expertise in finance, focusing on increasing access for low-income communities. As a Board for MINA, she provides essential insights into financial programs. An international trainer for the Microfinance Training of Trainers program for over a decade, her problem-solving skills and experience greatly benefit MINA’s management.
Gankhuyag BuudaiBoard Member of Mina NGO
Gankhuyag is graduated with a degree in ‘Veterinarian’. In 1996-1998, he was engaged in a small pig and chicken farm. Now he serves as a pastor. He saw that the MBC training is very important to strengthen the faith, and to teach you how to use biblical principles in a business. By these principles, a businessman can be a blessing to others. He attended training in 2023 and became a coach.
Davaasuren TsedevsurenBoard Member & Human resources specialist
Davaasuren is a pastor, and was working from 2004-2013 for MINA Ngo as a trainer and implemented CASH project successfully. After that this project has developed into an independent organization, the MINA cooperative. By providing family and busienss training, the basic need of people’s lives, is she a blessing in the life of many people. She is very proud to serve MINA as board member.
RagchaamaaBoard Member
Ragchaamaa is founder and chairman of Mina NGO. She works for Vetnet NGO as a senior staff. Her major is an Economist and Mathematics. Since MINA NGO was stablished, she is consistently serving the MINA NGO Board. Beside that she lives with her husband and 4 children.
