Tuvshintugs BatsukhExecutive Director & Trainer
Tugsuu is the Founder and Executive Director of Mina NGO. Her background is mathematics, cybernetics and Master of Management Science. Her wish was to supports low-income individuals in to make life better, especially to business and handling with their finances. Currently, she leads the Business Development Initiative in Mongolia in partnership with the MBC Foundation. She lives with her husband and children.
Khongozul DamdindorjED of the cooperative & Trainer
Hongoto started in 2007 her work with MINA Savings and Credit Cooperative as an accountantant. Her profession is Financial Management. Till now she has been working as Executive Director of the MINA cooperative. She is mother of 4 children and lives with her husband and her children. Beside that she is part of the training team and helps people not only by saving money and getting small loans, but helps them also to generate a better income.
Enkhtuvshin GombosurenTrainer
She studied as a Business Administration. She has an experience for teaching ILO Business training. So she is happy becoming one of the first Trainer of Mina. It is important to have more businesses in Mongolia due to reduce poverty. Because Mongolians get a lot of help from others. There will be many entrepreneurs who will support others so that we can be generous by helping others. She lives with her husband and 2 sons.
Otgonpurev BaljinnyamTrainer
Oogii is a Korean translator, teacher, and master family researcher who gained business knowledge after attending the MBC’s training in 2020. Inspired by the experience, she became a trainer for Mina, eager to share the opportunities in business with other people. Beside that she soon plans to open her own business. She lives with her husband and two sons.
Munkhchuuluun DagvaTrainer and Coach
After graduating in Business Management in 2004, she began her career at Mina NGO as a coordinator, loan officer, and eventually Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience, is dedicated to supporting those in need of financial inclusion. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Seedtime NGO and lives with her husband and four children.
